Basic Pudding

PUDDING

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 TBL AP flour
  • 6 TBL sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 C heavy cream
    • Whip until smooth
    • Turn on heat to medium
  • Cook slowly stirring continually until thickened
  • Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla
  • Orange zest
  • Pour pudding into mixing bowl and cover with plastic wrap (touching the pudding) and refrigerate
