Tomato Cream Hollandaise – VEGAN

UNTESTED – This is a VEGAN / VEGETARIAN RECIPE.

Ingredients

  • Orange or Red tomatoes
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • Rapeseed oil

Step by Step

  1. Puree tomatoes (desired amount)
  2. Strain skins from puree
  3. Return smooth juice to blender
  4. Add ½ tsp salt
  5. Drizzle in oil as you blend to emulsify
