This is a good recipe that uses left-over cookies from a pot luck, baked cookies that have all run together, dried out banana bread, etc.
- Pulse baked item in food processor until crumbly
- Add melted butter – just a bit until it starts to look “not dry”
- 1/4 C Brown sugar
- 1 TBL Cinnamon
- Put into pie dish and flatten with a glass to form a crust
- Put softened ice cream in and spread it around
- Put back in the freezer to get hard
