Basic Chicken Salad

  • Create your dressing
      • 1/1 C mayo
      • 1/2 C Greek yogurt
      • 1/4 C cream
      • 1/4 C whole milk
      • 2 tsp white vinegar
      • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Chop 1-2 stalks of celery finely
    • Chop 5 scallions also thin
    • 4 C of cooked chicken
    • Add 1 TBL brown sugar to the above dressing
    • 1 TBL dill
    • Mix with chicken and veggies

    • Optional: halved purple and green grapes
      or golden and red raisins or dried cranberrries
    • Optional:  slivered almonds
