Caramel Sauce

1 cu sugar
1 cu cream
½ cu water

Instructions
1. Heat to boil 1 cu sugar, ½ cu water.
2. Evap water & start to caramelize. Fold cream into caramel. Finish w/ 2 tbl butter.

Pour over and around Apple Galette. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar
