  • Proteins:  Beef, chicken, pork, chorizo,
  • Cheeses:  Cotijo, Jack, Cheddar, Oaxaca, Swiss, Gruyere, Parmesan
  • Vegetables:  Guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapeno, olives, beans, salsa, onion, etc
  • Put chips on a sheet pan
  • Top with cheese and proteins
  • Bake 4-8 minutes
