Sesame Green Beans

  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy
  1. Mix above ingredients
  2. Blanche long fresh green beans for about 3 minutes, then put into bowl of tap water for 1 minute to stop the cooking
  3. Drain beans on a paper towel
  4. Cut the beans into 1 to 1.5 inch pieces – bite sized
  5. Toss with the sesame mixture
