- Bake bag of pecans on cookie sheet at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Turn occasionally.
- Melt 1/4 pound of butter on cookie sheet
- Beat 2 egg whites until stiff.
- Add 1 C sugar.
- Stir in nuts
- Put nut mixture on melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Turn every 10 minutes.
- Watch carefully. Do not allow to brown.
