Rib Eye Steak

  • Put peppers, garlic and EVOO into baking dish and cook along with the meat
  • Cast iron pan – medium high heat
  • Sear 10 minutes per side
  • Head of garlic break apart in the pan
  • Add a stick of butter
  • Baste meat as it cooks
  • Put into oven at 425º until 130º internal temperature – about 30-45 minutes
  • Rest 5 minutes
  • Cut off the bone and serve with the peppers
