- 2 TBL sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 TBL soft butter
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1/4 C fruit jam
- 1.4 C. flour

- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Cream butter & sugar.
- Add egg & sour cream.
- In a separate bowl, sit dry ingredients together and mix into butter • sour cream mixture.
- Spoon half of the batter into greased muffin tin.
- Drop ½ tsp. jam onto each muffin cup.
- Top with rest of the batter.
- Sprinkle with crumb topping:
- 1/3 C. butter
- 1/3 C flour
- 1/3 C. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
