Puff Bread aka Navajo Fry Bread

No yeast

Sopaipillas in Chile

250 ml hot water
300 gm flour
salt to taste

Mix, let cool, then knead.
Divide into 16 parts
Form into balls and flatten to 10 cm

In hot veg oil, fry 30-45 seconds
Flip and fry other side

Serve with honey
