Petite Sirloin

Fries, mushrooms, onions and corn were wrapped in foil and cooked at 350º for 30 minutes.

Petit Sirloin should be cut, then seared as follows

  1. Bring steak up to room temperature
  2. 3 minutes on one side, rotate
  3. 2 minutes on 90º rotation, flip
  4. 3 minutes on other side, rotate
  5. 2 minutes on 90º rotation
  6. Cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes
