Good Chocolate Dessert

Simple and elegant

• Brownie base – Prepare according to any recipe
• Chocolate ganache – see below
• Crushed Oreos – Not dust, but small mixed pieces

Chocolate Ganache

1. Heat 1 C cream to hot, but not boiling
2. Add 4 oz semi sweet chocolate chips or baking chips
3. Mix in 1/2 C 65% cocoa powder
