Flour Tortillas – Simple

    • 3 C plain flour
    • 1.5 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 C canola or peanut oil
    • 1 1/3 C hot water (maybe up to 2 C)
    1. Mix dry ingredients
    2. Mix in oil
    3. Add boiling hot water and mix until it comes together
    4. Let rest, covered 15 minutes
    5. Cut into golfball size balls
    6. Flatten using rolling pin on lightly floured surface
    7. Brown in a fry pan on medium heat
