- 3 C plain flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 C canola or peanut oil
- 1 1/3 C hot water (maybe up to 2 C)

- Mix dry ingredients
- Mix in oil
- Add boiling hot water and mix until it comes together
- Let rest, covered 15 minutes
- Cut into golfball size balls
- Flatten using rolling pin on lightly floured surface
- Brown in a fry pan on medium heat
