Easy Saturday Night Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 LB cubed skirt steak
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1/2 C beer

Step by Step

  1. Place beef in large cast iron casserole
  2. Cook till browned
  3. Add soup mix and stir to coat
  4. Mix mushroom soup with milk and pour into the bottom of the pan
  5. Cover with foil and cook 350º for 2 hours
  6. Add 1/2 C beer
  7. Uncover and cook for another 30 minutes
  8. Serve over rice or noodes
