Crepe Lasagna

Make crepes . See recipe
Basically 2 eggs, 1/2 c flour, 1/2 c whole milk, salt
Mix and set aside for bubbles to disappear

Filling: Ricotta, basil, roasted squash or pumpkin, thyme, parsley, eggs

Liquid Layer: Cream, butter, flour, grated parm

Springform pan, buttered
One layer of crepes over entire bottom
One layer filling
One layer liquid
One layer shredded parm
Keep stacking and layering
Top with parm mixture

Oven 35 minutes
