Caramel Sauce

1 cu sugar
1 cu cream
½ cu water

Heat to boil 1 cu sugar, ½ cu water. Evap water & start to caramelize. Fold cream into caramel. Finish w/2 tbl butter.

Pour over and around Apple Galette. Sprinkle w/powdered sugar
