Blackened Whitefish

Sole or Talapia

  1. Freeze 30 minutes and cut lengthwise into thin filets
  2. Soak fish in buttermilk for 30 minutes
  3. Saute onion in butter
  4. Remove onion
  5. Sprinkle with Thunder Powder
  6. Sear fish in the butter
  7. Serve topped with lemon
