Pumpkin Fluff

  • 2 C pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 C real maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 TBL pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 C whipped cream
    • mix to combine
  • put into parfait cups (uncooked) and top with whipped topping, pecans and crushed ginger snaps
