While not exactly made of air, these cookies are light and slightly crispy. A perfect way to end a meal.
- 2 2/3 C flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Sift together above ingredients, and then cream with - 1 C Crisco
- 1.5 C sugar
- 2 eggs – mixed in one at a time
- Fold in 1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Bake 350º for 12-15 minutes
