Cheesy Egg Waffles

1. Beat three eggs
2. Mix with 1/2 C shredded cheese
3. Add 1 TBL Bisquick
4. Pour into a waffle maker and let cook 3 to 3 1/2 minutes

NOTES: 

• Because of the Bisquick, these will puff up a bit, so don’t overcrowd your waffle iron, or you will wind up with a mess.
• I like mine served with a side of salsa
