Ingredients:
2 C Bisquick mix
1 egg
2 C milk
Optional: 1/4 C applesauce
Instructions:
Add egg and milk to biscuit mix. Beat until smooth. Grease griddle if necessary, or add 1 tbsp salad oil to batter and eliminate greasing griddle. Turn pancake when bubble appear. Turn only once.
