40 minutes

Sauteed onion
Shitake mushrooms
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Corn from the cob
Roasted Red peppers
Black beans

22 Year Vinagrette
1 tomato . Seeds and all
1 Garlic
1 T Red wine vinegar
2 T Evoo
1 chive
1 tsp toaster cumin . Ground
Thyme
Salt and pepper

Mix in fresh cilantro

Plate rice
Top with fresh spinach
Top with vinagrette
Top with sunflower seeds . Pref pumpkin seeds
Top with basil leaves
