Title of Recipe: Cold Cucumber Soup
Ingredients:
2 sm cucumbers (peel, seed & dice)
4 cup chicken stock
1 cup sour cream
lemon, salt & pepper
Instructions:
Cook until cucumber is soft, cool slightly and put through blender w/1 cup sour cream. Season w/grated lemon rind and salt and pepper.
Special Steps:
Chill thoroughly, sprinkle w/chives
