Generic Cookie

NOT YET TESTED
Try this and adjust

• 1 C butter
• 1 C confectioner sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt
  • MIX
• 3 C AP flour
  • Roll into a log in wrap, then chill 1-24 hours
  • Cut 1/4 inch cookie rounds and put on baking sheet
  • Bake 350º for 8-10 minutes
