It is the dressing into which I dip the leaves of my steamed artichokes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 CU Miracle Whip<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 CU Light Sour Cream<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 CU Plain Yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 CU Ranch Dressing<\/li>\n<li>Juice and zest from two lemons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STEP BY STEP<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix ingredients.&nbsp; Your dip is done.<br \/>\nTO COOK YOUR ARTICHOKE<\/li>\n<li>Bring pan of water up to boiling<\/li>\n<li>Trim the dried end of the stem from artichoke<\/li>\n<li>Use butcher knife to trim off the other end of the artichoke<\/li>\n<li>Use a utility scissor to trim off the pokey tips of the remaining artichoke leaves.<\/li>\n<li>Steam artichoke over boiling water for 45-60 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Serve hot artichoke with cold dipping sauce garnished with lemon zest<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is not a chip dip with artichokes.
