Oriental dark roasted sesame oil, divided<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp. sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp. cornstarch<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #ff0000;\">Step by Step<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put flank steak in freezer for 30 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Combine soy sauce, 2 tsp. oil, sugar and cornstarch; stir into strips.<\/li>\n<li>Heat remaining 2 tsp. oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add garlic, ginger and peppers; cook 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Add bell pepper and corn; stir-fry 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Remove vegetables.<\/li>\n<li>Stir-fry beef strips (half at a time) 2 to 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Return vegetables and beef to wok and heat through.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with hot cooked rice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #ff0000;\">Oh, one more thing&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"_oDd\" data-hveid=\"34\"><span class=\"_Tgc\">You might have heard of a Ming vase.\u00a0 This is a VERY expensive antique produced in the Szechuan Province of China<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>The Sichuan Province is about the size of Spain<\/li>\n<li>The big Buddha of Le Shan is the tallest stone-carved Buddha in the world.
