Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Deep fry strips of beef in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Drain on paper towels.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add the sauce mixture to the wok and cook until it becomes thickened and bubbly.<\/li>\n<li>Mix in cooked beef strips and cook for 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Remove beef and sauce from the pan to a platter and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Wipe the fry pan clean.<\/li>\n<li>Heat 1 T. of oil in the wok or skillet over medium high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add sherry and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Add broccoli florets and stir fry for 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Serve broccoli with the beef mixture and white rice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #ff0000;\">Oh, one more thing&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"_oDd\" data-hveid=\"34\"><span class=\"_Tgc\">Hunan cuisine, a recognized Chinese cuisine, is also referred to as Xiang Cai and is characterized by its aromatic, spicy and delicious food.
