On pasta, it can be a bit overwhelming, but if you are looking for that rush of endorphins; OK, yes&#8230; even pasta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 large red bell pepper<\/li>\n<li>1-3 fresh haba\u00f1ero peppers, depending on how hot you like it.<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion<\/li>\n<li>4 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup of red wine vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon cumin<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>6 oz. tomato sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STEP BY STEP<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Roughly chop the bell and habanero peppers, onion and garlic.\u00a0 Remove seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Combine all of the ingredients except the tomato sauce in a pan, bring to a boil, and simmer, covered, for 8 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Puree the mixture in a blender. DO NOT put lid on blender, or it will literally explode.\u00a0 Use a paper towel over the top<\/li>\n<li>Add the tomato sauce to complete.<\/li>\n<li>If you don\u2019t want any heat, just eliminate the habaneros, and you will have a good flavorful chili sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Or if you prefer it just a little spicy, use jalape\u00f1os instead.\u00a0 Seeds removed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chili Tomato Sauce is good on sandwiches and pizza.
