PURE &#8211; not Pumpkin Pie Mix<\/li>\n<li>1 TBL Grandpa&#8217;s CinnaSugar\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp ground ginger<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 C milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 C corn syrup<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 C flour &#8211; or until a thick pourable custard<\/li>\n<li>Bake @ 350\u00ba till browning starts &#8211; approx 40 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Turn off oven, but leave pie in to cook with residual heat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BASIC PIE CRUST<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 oz AP flour &#8211; approx 2 C<\/li>\n<li>6.5 oz cold butter<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>Pulse in food processor<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C ice cold water &#8211; add more if necessary to bring together<\/li>\n<li>Should be moist, but not wet &#8211;
