Brownie Batter Cookies or Cupcakes
\nMix brownie batter box mix, or as follows:
\nCream together:
\n2 sticks of butter
\n1 oz unsweetened chocolate
\n1 C granulated sugar
\n1 C brown sugar
\n2.5 C AP flour
\n.5 C unsweetened cocoa
\n1 tsp salt
\n1.5 tsp baking powder
\n1 TBL vanilla
\nThen add 3 eggs
\nMix both sets of ingredients together.
\nAdd 1.5 – 2 C chocolate chips
\nMix well.
\nAdd dollop on cookie sheet or put in muffin tin
