Soap water for 30 minutes<br \/>\nWhen you are ready to spread masa, use the smooth side on the inside.<br \/>\nThe rough side on the outside.<br \/>\nFilling is basically any protein.<br \/>\nIn the recipe that I saw on TV, she used chicken guajillo<br \/>\nA bit of cheese and chilies<br \/>\nStand up and cover with a moist towel.
