Select whichever appeals the most for the mood you are in.<\/p>\n<p>Salsa al Pastor<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pineapple<\/li>\n<li>Red bell pepper<\/li>\n<li>Red onion<\/li>\n<li>Salt, lime juice, cilantro<\/li>\n<li>One pepper the following peppers (in order of heat) Anaheim, Jalape\u00f1o or Serrano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tomatillo Salsa<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Husk and wash six tomatillos<\/li>\n<li>Peel three cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>Cut one onion into slices<\/li>\n<li>Cut one green bell pepper into pieces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Bake at 450\u00ba for 12-15 mintues<\/li>\n<li>Put 1 bunch of cilantro into a blender<\/li>\n<li>Add salt and 1 can green chiles<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 TBL lime juice<\/li>\n<li>Add baked ingredients<\/li>\n<li>Puree until the consistency you like<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have put two recipes here.
