Roasted Tomato Chipotle Salsa – My Adaptation<\/p>\n
Ingredients<\/p>\n
5 roma tomatoes
\n3 tomatillos
\n1 large sweet onion
\n2 chipotle peppers
\n3 jalapeno peppers
\n1 tsp salt
\n1 bunch cilantro
\n1\/4 CU lime juice<\/p>\n
Instructions<\/p>\n
1.In a large mixing bowl, combine
\n – Quartered tomatoes and tomatillos
\n – Thinly slice onion
\n – Mashed garlic cloves
\n – Peppers
\n – Salt
\n2. Dump all onto abaking sheet
\n3. Broil 15-20 minutes or until charred and blistered
\n4. Put into food processor with all other ingredients
\n5. Pulse\/chop lightly<\/p>\n
Roasted Tomato Chlipotle Salsa (Every Day Foods)<\/p>\n
Ingredients<\/p>\n
1 \u00bd lb roma tomatoes
\n1 med onion (thinly sliced)
\nolive oil
\nsalt & pepper
\n1-2 chipotle peppers
\n1 bunch cilantro
\n\u00bc cu lime juice<\/p>\n
Instructions<\/p>\n
1. Halve tomatoes and put on bake sheet, cut side down, tomatoes and onion.
\n2. Sprinkle around tomatoes & onions, spray heavily w\/ oil, scant salt over top scant pepper over top.
\n3. Broil 15-20 minutes until charred & blistered.
\n4. Put into food processor w\/ chipotle peppers, cilantro and lime juice and pulse till chopped, but chunky.<\/p>\n
