{"id":5723,"date":"2015-09-13T04:16:43","date_gmt":"2015-09-13T04:16:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/?p=5723"},"modified":"2022-11-20T18:23:01","modified_gmt":"2022-11-21T01:23:01","slug":"stuffed-mushroom-caps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/stuffed-mushroom-caps\/","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed Mushroom Caps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Use whatever kind of mushroom caps you prefer, but make sure they are big enough to stuff.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a Bowl 1 &#8211; Stuffing\n<ul>\n<li>Brush 12 mushrooms with a paper towel to clean<\/li>\n<li>Destem and put clean stems into a bowl<\/li>\n<li>Add 2 strips crisp cooked bacon<\/li>\n<li>Several sprigs parsley<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 C grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>Optional:&nbsp; 1-2 TBL sliced jalapenos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>In Bowl 2 &#8211; Topping\n<ul>\n<li>2 TBL grated Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 C cream cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C Ricotta<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C Panko bread crumbs<\/li>\n<li>1 TBL EVOO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Separate stuffing and topping into twelve little piles\n<ul>\n<li>Half, Half again, then thirds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Stuff caps with stuffing, and carefully top with the topping<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Let cool 5 minutes before serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Use whatever kind of mushroom caps you prefer, but make sure they are big enough to stuff.
