Preheat your skillet to between 350 and 400\u00ba degrees<br \/>\n2. Mix egg, sugar, salt and (cooled) melted butter<br \/>\n3. Beat to uniform consistency<br \/>\n4. Drizzle in buttermilk, and mix<br \/>\n5. Drizzle in oil<br \/>\n6. Add liquid mixture to Pre-Mix all at once<br \/>\n7. Stir only to moisten MOST particles. It doesn&#8217;t have to be completely moistened<br \/>\n&#8211; DO NOT OVER-MIX. &#8211; Over-mixing will result in tough pancakes<br \/>\n8. Let batter stand for two minutes to \u201crest\u201d<br \/>\n9. Drizzle oil into pan<br \/>\n10. Add uniform amounts of batter to the pan<br \/>\n11. Cook until bubbles appear and edges start to cook<br \/>\n12. Flip to cook other side<br \/>\n13.
