{"id":5290,"date":"2015-04-13T01:17:27","date_gmt":"2015-04-13T01:17:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/?p=5290"},"modified":"2016-10-21T00:17:57","modified_gmt":"2016-10-21T00:17:57","slug":"blueberry-yogurt-muffins","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/blueberry-yogurt-muffins\/","title":{"rendered":"Blueberry Yogurt Muffins"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Make your Filling<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cut 2 C misc berries and other fruit so they are all about the same size.<\/li>\n<li>Toss with 1\/4 C confectioners sugar<\/li>\n<li>Put into freezer overnight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Make your Dough<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a food processor, pulse the following for about 30 seconds<\/li>\n<li>3 C AP flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 C granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 TBL baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>6 TBL frozen butter<br \/>\nTHEN<\/li>\n<li>Add 6 more TBL frozen butter, and pulse, but only for about 10 seconds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Create your Muffin\/Scone mixture &#8211; Will be firm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 C unsweetened orange juice<\/li>\n<li>2 TBL canola oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>2 egg<\/li>\n<li>2 TBL dry milk<\/li>\n<li>Frozen berries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Form into rectangles, and cut into triangles from there<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 425\u00ba for 10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, create a glaze with 2 TBL butter and 1 TBL honey<\/li>\n<li>Brush tops with glaze, then bake 5-8 minutes more<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Make your Filling Cut 2 C misc berries and other fruit so they are all about the same size.
