Reserve liquid<br \/>\nSear meat over high heat<br \/>\nChopped onion to caramelize<br \/>\nAdd a bit of flour<br \/>\n (4) Stir to combine and brown<br \/>\nSplash Jack Daniels to deglaze<br \/>\nAdd oregano, bay leaf, thyme,<br \/>\nAdd chicken stock to deglaze<br \/>\nBeef stock to bring up to stew level<br \/>\nDrop heat and simmer 60 minutes<br \/>\n(6) Add carrot, turnips, potatoes<br \/>\nCover and Simmer 15 more minutes<br \/>\n(8) Add1\/2 c of buttermilk mixed with 3 tbl flour<\/p>\n<p>Boxty Cakes<br \/>\n(3) Separate pot . Heat to brown cauliflower<br \/>\nPieces of cauliflower<br \/>\nAdd chicken stock . Cook 20 minutes<br \/>\n(5) Potatoes . Peeled and cubed<br \/>\nUse strainer to remove after 10 minutes<br \/>\nAdd a bit of cream cheese<br \/>\nBeat to blend<\/p>\n<p>(7) Grate one potato and cover with milk<br \/>\nAdd 1 beaten egg, thyme, garlic, baking powder, salt, pepper, flour<br \/>\nCreate a dough<br \/>\nMix in with cooked potatoes above<br \/>\nAdd chicken stock if it is too dry<br \/>\nAlmost like pancake batter<br \/>\nFlip like a pancake<\/p>\n<p>(9) Top pancake with stew<br \/>\nDollop with sour cream<br \/>\nGarnish with greens<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(1) Skirt steak .
