Skin off<br \/>\nCut in half length-wise<br \/>\nPuff pastry . One sheet cut in half<\/p>\n<p>1 brick Cream Cheese . Soften<br \/>\n2 cloves grated garlic, salt, pepper<br \/>\nLemon zest<br \/>\nSpinach . Chopped<br \/>\n. Any favorite herbs<br \/>\n. (eg) parsley, tarragon, chives, dill<\/p>\n<p>Layer puff pastry, salmon, cream, salmon, cream,  mixture of saut\u00e9ed mushrooms and black olives chopped, puff pastry<\/p>\n<p>Seal edges of puff pastry with a little bit of egg wash<\/p>\n<p>Note: Salmon will be high in the middle and low on the ends. Feel free to trim layers and move them from middle to end to create a more uniform loaf.
