CREMA de NUEZ<br \/>\nAdd walnuts to boiling water<br \/>\nCook 5 minutes, drain and rub skin off w\/ paper towel<br \/>\n. Set aside<br \/>\nHeat heavy cream to light boil<br \/>\nAdd splashes of white wine<br \/>\nCream cheese, corriander, salt, garlic, chiloula<br \/>\nAdd nuts and finish in a blender<\/p>\n<p>Break seeds out of pomegranate . Set aside<\/p>\n<p>Tomatillo Sauce<br \/>\nCook tomatillo, onion, tomato<br \/>\nBlend until still a bit rough<\/p>\n<p>PEPPER<br \/>\nRub poblanos with oil<br \/>\nBlacken and remove skin<br \/>\nDO NOT RINSE<br \/>\nSlice open and remove seeds and vein<\/p>\n<p>Stuff with string cheese (quesa oxaca)<br \/>\nGoat cheese<br \/>\nCooked Picadillo<\/p>\n<p>Put into baking dishes .
