Yech!!!<\/p>\n<p>One morning my father walked into the kitchen and took away the can of Instant Oats, clapped his hands together and said with enthusiasm &#8220;We&#8217;re not going to eat oats today. Today we are going to eat <em><strong>Super Duper Egg Sandwiches<\/strong><\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Presentation might not be everything, but it&#8217;s huge!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 egg for each child<\/li>\n<li>2 slices of bread each<\/li>\n<li>1 slice cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 pieces of bacon (optional)<\/li>\n<li>condiments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STEP BY STEP<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Optional:\u00a0 Toast your bread<\/li>\n<li>Optional: Cook your bacon<\/li>\n<li>Scramble one egg in a small bowl<\/li>\n<li>Pour it into a hot skillet<\/li>\n<li>Just as it starts to jell, push it into the shape of a patty<\/li>\n<li>Continue cooking, and flip like a burger to finish<\/li>\n<li>Top with a slice of cheese<\/li>\n<li>Flip a coin to see who gets the first one<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>SPECIAL TIPS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If this is a con job, like my first <em><strong>S.D.E.S.<\/strong> <\/em>make sure that you give it your all<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Image provided by <a href=\"http:\/\/bryantsmemphis.com\/\">Bryant&#8217;s Breakfast<\/a>, Memphis, Tennessee<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When I was a child, none of us would eat scrambled eggs.
