Makes 1 9-inch pie crust or four ramekins<br \/>\n 1 1\/2 cups graham cracker crumbs<br \/>\n 6 tablespoons butter, softened<br \/>\n 1\/3 cup white sugar<\/p>\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n<p>Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar in a bowl.<br \/>\nPress mixture into individual ramekins.<br \/>\nUse a spoon to press the crumbs to the bottom and sides<br \/>\nRefrigerate at least 1 hour before filling.<\/p>\n<p>Since our pieces of squash were pressure cooked at 10 psi for 90 minutes, it is soft enough that it doesn&#8217;t need any more processing.<\/p>\n<p>One jar squash, about 2 cups<br \/>\nMash squash into pur\u00e9e<br \/>\nUse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/basic-custard\/\">Basic Custard<\/a> recipe, MINUS 1\/4 C milk &#8211; because of the liquid contained in the squash.<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 teaspoon ground cloves<\/p>\n<p>Mix all dry ingredients<br \/>\nMix in all other ingredients<\/p>\n<p>Cook at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes<br \/>\nReduce heat to 300 and bake 30 minutes<br \/>\nLet cool on wire rack for one hour at least<br \/>\nServe immediately or refrigerate. Do not freeze.<\/p>\n<p>For a Breakfast Custard you don&#8217;t need a pie shell.
