Potato pieces in boiling water to al dente<br \/>\nDo not overcook<br \/>\nRun through food mill<br \/>\n2 egg yolks<br \/>\nNutmeg, white pepper, 1 tbl butter<br \/>\nOnly enough flour to creat play-dough consistency<br \/>\nShould not stick to fingers<br \/>\nDo not over-mix<br \/>\nRoll onto floured surface<br \/>\nRoll into tube<br \/>\nCut into pieces<br \/>\nRoll into little balls<br \/>\nUse fork to create ridges<br \/>\nBoiling water until they rise .
