See recipe below<br \/>\nWrapped in foil, and bake with the rest of your chicken.<\/p>\n<p>Chicken moose<br \/>\nEgg white<br \/>\nChicken<br \/>\nCream<br \/>\nBleu cheese<br \/>\nSalt, pepper<br \/>\nBeat egg whites until they have doubled in volume<br \/>\nBlend all together in the food processor<\/p>\n<p>Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Wings and drumsticks<\/p>\n<p>Sear in hot pan<br \/>\nAdd chopped miopois vegetables<br \/>\nRemove browned chicken to a stockpot<br \/>\nDeglaze pan with a little bit of pork and red wine<br \/>\nAfter deglaze has finished dump in with rest of chicken<br \/>\nAdd some broth to cover<br \/>\nAdd Bayleaf and bouquet garni of Rosemary and thyme<br \/>\nReduce heat to simmer and it will cook the same amount of time as the above chicken <\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>Sear breasts skin side down in oven-safe skillet<br \/>\nAs soon as skin is well seared, slide into the oven with other chicken<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Remove courgette from foil<br \/>\nSlice on bias<br \/>\nServe on top of red onion saut\u00e9ed with red wine and port, then reduced<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;  <\/p>\n<p>Serve other chicken pieces with mashed potatoes \u2013 your favorite recipe<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notes are from Nevin Maguire: home chef \u2013 PBS cooking show Take chicken thighs and remove the bone.
