See recipe below<\/p>\n<p>Two poached or baked chickens<br \/>\nEnchiladas, soup, chicken stew,<\/p>\n<p>Beef<br \/>\nHash<br \/>\n&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<br \/>\nCasserole<br \/>\nOn top of meat, Layer of potato, followed by seasoning, sweated onion mixture, tomato, parm cheese&#8230; then repeat.<br \/>\nOnion mixture: Satuee onions with with stripped chopped rosemary, basil, evoo, garlic<br \/>\nPour extra can sauces over top, evoo and basil<br \/>\nSlow cook three hours . About 250 degrees<br \/>\nLet set at least 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p>This is your BASE<\/p>\n<p>Chop meat and put on top of hashbrowns and then top with poached egg.<\/p>\n<p>Roasted squash and red onions<br \/>\nRisotto in rounded bottom pot<br \/>\nHot evoo, onion, one clove garlic<br \/>\nWooden spoon<br \/>\nNon caramelized short grain rice to coat<br \/>\nCook about 20 minutes<br \/>\nAdd white wine<br \/>\nHeat stock or meat drippings a bit at a time<br \/>\nAdd until creamy sauce NOT MUSHY<br \/>\nAdd meat, onions and squash<br \/>\nBroccoli or asparagus&#8230; Maybe collards<br \/>\nTop with butter or evoo<\/p>\n<p>Sandwich<br \/>\nRoma tomato, halved, seasoned, evoo<br \/>\n. Bake 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes<br \/>\nMoist shredded meat<br \/>\nTomatoes<br \/>\nSpinach or similar<br \/>\nCreamy cheese . Brie consistency<br \/>\nCook in hot buttered skillet<\/p>\n<p>Bolonaise Sauce<br \/>\nSaut\u00e9 Mirepoix veggies<br \/>\nAdd diced pepper and garlic<br \/>\nAdd diced tomato, red wine, salt and pepper<br \/>\nAdd leftover meat<br \/>\nAdd Parmesan rind if you have it<br \/>\nSimmer until reduced and the meat is broken down<\/p>\n<p>Shepherds Pot Pie<br \/>\nStuffing and meat<br \/>\nMashed potatoes and cheese topping<\/p>\n<p>Carbonara . NOTES<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\nHam<br \/>\nParm cheese<br \/>\nBacon pieces<br \/>\nHot Pasta<\/p>\n<p>Left overs .
