{"id":3870,"date":"2013-11-17T14:38:38","date_gmt":"2013-11-17T14:38:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/?p=3870"},"modified":"2013-11-22T14:13:37","modified_gmt":"2013-11-22T14:13:37","slug":"english-muffin-loaf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/english-muffin-loaf\/","title":{"rendered":"English muffin loaf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>English muffin loaf<\/p>\n<p>5 cups bread flour<br \/>\n4.5 teaspoons instant yeast<br \/>\n1 tablespoon sugar<br \/>\n2 teaspoons salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon baking soda<\/p>\n<p>3 cups whole milk . heat to 110\u00b0<\/p>\n<p>dough will be very wet<\/p>\n<p>Spray plastic wrap with Pam and cover bowl with plastic wrap<\/p>\n<p>Let rise in warm place for about 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Stir gently to release any large bubbles.<br \/>\nSpray bread loaf pan, and sprinkle cornmeal in to coat bottom and sides.<br \/>\nFill each loaf pan about halfway.<br \/>\nSpray plastic wrap and cover.<br \/>\nLet them rise for 30 to 60 minutes until they double in size.<\/p>\n<p>Bake and oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
