Set aside<br \/>\nCook veggies over meat fond<br \/>\n . Onion, carrot, celery, bell peppers, garlic<br \/>\n . Thyme, bat, peppercorns<br \/>\n . Add 1 TBL flour till browner<br \/>\n . Add 1 1\/4 C water ot white wine or stock<br \/>\n . Add a splash of vinegar<br \/>\nAdd meat back into pan<br \/>\nTurn every 30-40 minutes<br \/>\nCook on low for 4-6 hours<br \/>\nRemove meat carefully<br \/>\n . Strain remaining juice from pan<br \/>\n . Add sauce back into pan, toss solids into trash<br \/>\n . Add vegetable to eat . Carrots, turnips, potatoes<br \/>\nPut meat back on top .
