Start heating over low heat<\/p>\n<p>Flan<br \/>\nMix four egg yolks and four whole eggs<br \/>\nAdd three-quarter cup sugar<br \/>\nAdd 1 cup pumpkin or pur\u00e9ed squash<br \/>\nOne half canned sweetened condensed milk<br \/>\nAdd 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon<br \/>\nAdd one half teaspoon nutmeg<br \/>\nAdd one pinch salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>When caramel sauce is completely melted, pour into bottom of four small ramekins<br \/>\nOnce Caramel sauce has cooled, poor Flan into ramekins<br \/>\nPut ramekins into pan (bain marie) containing three-quarter inches of water<br \/>\nBake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour<br \/>\nJiggle at 45 minutes.
