You can use them, but don&#8217;t be mad that there is not more information here.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Grease side of baking dish<br \/>\nCoat with flour &#8211; discard excess<\/p>\n<p>Bechemel<br \/>\nHeat butter in skillet<br \/>\nAdd flour and stir until browned<br \/>\nAdd COLD milk<br \/>\nBring to boil<br \/>\nAdd nutmeg<br \/>\nTemper in egg yolks<br \/>\nSpoon in grated Gruyere cheese<br \/>\nMix until melted<br \/>\nPut in diced ham and seasonings<br \/>\nBeat egg whites to soft peaks<br \/>\nMix gently and put into casserole pan<br \/>\n1 inch below top<br \/>\nBake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes (or did he say 14 ?) Check it at 14, but I think he said 40<br \/>\nTurn off oven and open door and let rest for a few minutes, then take it out and plate<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These notes are (for now) just for me.
