read below<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP BY STEP<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix all ingredients<\/li>\n<li>Let batter set for 30 minutes &#8211; better 2 hours<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Preheat pan to about 350\u00ba<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Drop 1\/2 cup mixture onto lightly oiled skillet<\/li>\n<li>Immediately tip and rotate pan to spread batter across bottom of pan<\/li>\n<li>Start timer &#8211; Cover and cook for exactly 90 seconds<\/li>\n<li>Uncover and flip crepe &#8211; cook uncovered for about 30 seconds more<\/li>\n<li>Slip onto cloth to cool for a few minutes<\/li>\n<li>Serve with squeezed lemons and powdered sugar<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Special Steps &#8211; FOLDING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fold in half, then in half again the same direction creating a long skinny burrito kind of pastry.<\/li>\n<li>Fold in half, then again in the opposite direction creating a triangle with a rounded side<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Special Steps &#8211; SERVING OPTIONS<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>Top with REAL Maple Syrup<\/li>\n<li>Fill with strawberry jam or preserves (or apricot, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Fill with meat for a lunch crepe<\/li>\n<li>Fill with lemon curd and blueberry dressing<\/li>\n<li>Fill with banana, strawberry and chocolate<\/li>\n<li>Fill with spinach, tomato, roasted garlic, goat cheese, onion<\/li>\n<li>Fill with tarragon, mushrooms and gruyere cheese<\/li>\n<li>Fill with Nutella and sprinkle with powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>Fill with something sweet, then top with lemon zest<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with Turbinado Sugar, then put into over to caramelize a little bit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special Steps &#8211;
